Photography Prop: DIY Ribbon Wand

Some of my very favorite images involve props…. BUT they aren’t big ol’ crazy “look at me” props.  Instead, they are understated elements that add to the story! I saw these ribbon wands on Pinterest (You love Pinterest too? Great! Let’s connect.) and immediately started envisioning plans to use them in a future creative session. I love this image that Sarah of Ampersand Photography captured.  And these would be so easy! Some sticks…  And a variety of ribbons and it’s a perfect prop!   WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• Small branches (about 1 foot long)
• Ribbons (a little more than 1 yard each)
• And… Wait that’s it! Only 2 things!
