I think just feeling unsure of how it all works or if you are capable can be the strongest hindrance that might hold you back with joining an organization such as nilmdts (Now I Lay Me Down to Sleep). I felt very scared of the unknown when I walked into my first nilmdts session. I hope that these training videos from Sam Puc might help alleviate some of those feelings and even teach you something for your other sessions as well.
